Energy clearing describes different techniques you can use to ground yourself, remove energy blockages, and protect your energy from negative influences. Get Out in Nature
If you’re feeling anxious, low, and overwhelmed, getting out in nature can help you feel grounded and balanced. Connecting with nature and noticing the sights, sounds, and smells around you can be hugely calming. Something I love to do is walk on the grass in my bare feet. It helps to ground you and connects you with the earth.
Journal or Do Something Else Creative
Creative expression is something you might not feel able to do if you feel low or stuck. But writing in a journal, drawing, or painting can be a form of release that helps you connect with your feelings. Sometimes these feelings will be good and positive, sometimes they won’t. Whatever feelings you have, acknowledge and label them. Then say to yourself in your mind or out loud ‘I release this (whatever emotion you’re feeling).’
Take a Salt Bath
Salt has amazing energy clearing abilities. You can use sea salt, Himalayan salt, or Epsom salt. Add it to your bath along with a few drops of an energy cleansing essential oil like citronella, lavender, or sweet orange oil.
Which Method is Best for Energy Clearing?
My advice would be to try them out and see how you feel physically and emotionally during and after. Try your chosen method(s) regularly and pay attention to things that might be changing in your life. What happens on the outside is always a reflection of what’s going on inside. So if you feel better and you’re noticing positive changes in your life, it’s a sure sign that your energy clearing has worked!
