How to make the most of your salt bath

This bath is for energy cleansing, not body cleansing, so don’t wash your hair or use body wash here. If you want to cleanse, have a shower before your salt bath.

Fill your bath with a few inches of water then add the Himalayan salt. Stir with your hand until the salt is almost dissolved then fill your bath up to wherever you like it. Bear in mind, it works best when you can submerge most of your body for at least 20 minutes.

Relax, and sip your water at regular intervals to stay hydrated.

When you get out of the bath, don’t rinse yourself off. Allow your skin to air dry or pat it dry gently. After your bath, do something restful to get all the benefits.
