My Approach
Reflective Tarot, Shadow Work & Inner Transition Support for Women
I work with tarot, shadow awareness, and folklore-rooted reflection to support women navigating periods of inner transition, moments of change, uncertainty, or quiet restlessness.
This work is not about prediction, fixing yourself, or reaching a permanent state of “healed.”
It’s about honest self-reflection, understanding what’s beneath the surface, and moving forward with discernment and self-trust.
Tarot for Self-Reflection, Not Prediction
In my work, tarot is not used to tell you what will happen.
I use tarot as a symbolic language for self-reflection, a way of bringing clarity to what’s already present in your inner landscape.
The cards don’t replace your intuition.
They help you hear it more clearly.
Tarot, when approached with care, can:
~ support clarity during times of uncertainty
~ illuminate patterns shaping your choices
~ offer language for unspoken inner experience
I don’t read the future.
I help you understand this moment.
Shadow Work as Information, Not Something to Fix
Shadow work is often misunderstood as something dark, heavy, or confrontational.
In my approach, shadow work is treated as information, not pathology and not a problem to eliminate.
Shadow shows us:
~ what’s been pushed aside or learned for survival
~ what’s quietly influencing our decisions
~ what’s asking for acknowledgement and care
This work isn’t about forcing change.
It’s about creating space for what’s already true to be met with honesty.
Folklore, Story & Symbol as Orientation Tools
When logic reaches its limits, story often knows the way through.
Scottish folklore and mythic storytelling inform my work because they speak the language of inner transition, thresholds, seasons, endings, and becoming.
Folklore offers:
~ symbolic containers for complex emotional experience
~ archetypes that help us recognise ourselves without judgment
~ a sense of continuity when life feels unsteady
Here, story isn’t decoration.
It’s orientation.
A Slow, Nervous-System-Aware Pace
This work honours the pace of the nervous system.
There is no rush toward insight.
No pressure to integrate everything at once.
No expectation of constant progress.
You’re invited to:
~ move slowly
~ return to reflections over time
~ engage only with what feels ready
Clarity doesn’t arrive through force.
It arrives through attention.
Personal Sovereignty Comes First
I don’t position myself as an authority over your life.
I won’t tell you what to choose, who to be, or how to heal.
My role is to:
~ offer reflection, not direction
~ hold a steady container for inner exploration
~ respect your autonomy and inner authority
Any clarity that emerges belongs to you.
What You Can Expect When Working With Me
Whether through a reflective tarot reading, self-guided shadow work, or a seasonal journey, you can expect:
~ grounded, thoughtful insight
~ language that helps you name your experience
~ space to reflect without pressure
~ respect for nuance and complexity
~ support that strengthens self-trust
You will not be rushed, fixed, or bypassed.
Who This Work Is For
This work is for women who:
~ value depth over comfort
~ want clarity without outsourcing authority
~ are open to honest self-reflection
~ feel drawn to slow, meaningful inner work
It may not be the right fit if you’re looking for:
~ predictive tarot readings
~ guarantees or quick transformation
~ high-energy motivational spirituality
~ someone to tell you what to do
Different seasons call for different support.
Begin Where You Are
You don’t need certainty before you begin.
You don’t need to rush.
