Digital Products — At the Threshold & Shadow Map Reading
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been delivered or a reading has been booked, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your product, please contact us at info@sageinthesky.com and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
Root & Ritual Path — Payment Plan
The three-payment plan for Root & Ritual Path is a commitment to the full programme. By selecting this option you agree to all three payments being taken at the intervals stated at checkout.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the programme start date will receive a refund of any payments made, minus a £50 administration fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the programme start date, or after the programme has begun, are non-refundable. If exceptional circumstances apply, please contact us at info@sageinthesky.com and we will consider requests on a case by case basis.
Missed payments will result in access to the programme being paused until payment is made.
